SAGUARO CANYON SUBDIVISION HOA MEETING MINUTES

February 14, 2012

Joe welcomed. Attending was Robyn, Jock, Mike, Doug & Jeff Worthan.

Appointment of offices were as follows:

President – Robyn Baird/Social & Newsletter Committee

V.P – Mike Rich/Landscaping & Social Committee

Treasurer – Scott Robertson/ACC

Secretary – Jock Summers/Pool & Social Committee

Board Member – Doug Nicolls/Landscaping

Approval of last meetings minutes.

Joe went over financials. We have $160,088.95 in checking, $75,611.82 in money market, $25,288.99 & $25,144.35 in CD’s and $9413.05 in A.R. Total current assets is $295,547.16.

Approval of financials.

Old Business – Idaho Landscape sent over a bid for all the new landscaping purposed for this year. The board approved.

Bid for placing fences at dead end streets was also approved.

Joe will work on getting bids for ideas to be put in the common area (dog park).

Jeff Worthan asked if owners of dogs who use the common areas who let your dogs run PLEASE clean up after your pet. It is not a common area for land mines.

Elected Board Members

Tonight we appointed each board member to a committee and board office. We are excited to work with Jock & Mike. Jock is a teacher with the Meridian School District. He lives right by the pool and will be an excellent addition to our pool committee. Mike is a CPA and will be as asset to our finances to help keep us in order. He will be helping out with the social committee and landscaping committee.

2 New Board Members

We had our Annual HOA Meeting last night. Brad Hom & Eric Rawlings terms were up so 2 new board members were elected. We would like to welcome Michael Rich & Jock Summers to the board. Michael Rich is a CPA and Jock Summers is a teacher with Meridian School Dist. We are super excited to have new blood and extremely sad to see Brad and Eric go. They both did an AMAZING job .... thank you so much!
