Annual HOA subdivision meeting

Our annual HOA meeting will be held January 10th, 2012 at 7pm. It will be held at Heritage Middle School. More info will be mailed to you from Snake River HOA. If you can not attend please find a neighbor that will and have them be your proxy. Proxy's will be mailed with packet. More info to come.

Saguaro Canyon Monthly HOA Board Meeting Minutes

October 11^th, 2011

Joe – attendance Eric, Robyn & Scott. Last month’s minutes were approved. Talked about trimming or removing some of the overgrown landscaping in the berms along Red Horse. Possibly re-landscaping it.  

Eric – Financials were approved. Joe will email BHH to approve the 8 homes that codes has been revised and inform them that any new homes other than these 8 MUST be up to code.

Joe – Landscape committee approved violations. Approved bid to get a new gate on the pool door. Also approved the Christmas lights bid.

We approved to have a rock wall study done to get a basis and then check once a year to make sure that the rocks aren’t slipping. Talked about finishing up all landscaping next year.

Talked about making an amendment to change the by laws regarding a quorum to 10%. Also changing the board member’s term that if a board member misses more than 3 consecutive board meetings we have the option to terminate their term.

First of all I want to thank everyone who participated in the contest. It was so fun to go around and see what everyone had done. Our 1st Place winner of $100 is 801 Yucca Canyon, Adam Roll! 2nd Place of $75 goes to 611 San Pedro, Steve Shideler! 3rd Place of $50 by majority vote goes to 5442 Red Hills, Jim Crane! Great job everyone!!!
