4th of July Party!
Don't forget about our 4th of July party! Starts at 10am at the pool. We will have a bike parade, coin dive, jump house & volleyball. The POT LUCK starts at 11:30am. Please bring a side salad or dessert. Hot dogs, chip & drinks will be provided. Thanks everyone!!

May's Meeting Minutes
May 14 2013 minutes
In attendance: Robyn, Jock, Scott, Ashley, Mike
Last months minutes approved.
Steve from Idaho landscape gave an update. We as a board approved the purchase of more cacti specifically 1 three foot tall Rosetta.
Trying to get a group deal on border trees for in front of homes.
Rocks in front entrance are being surveyed.
Financials approved.
Violation letters approved.
Social: getting ready for pool opening and nno. Both very fun neighborhood functions.
Playground bark-approved, waiting on installation.
Pool furniture-buy extra.
Possible entrances in the back of sub, to discuss further, need to put together a focus group to see and get more info.
